Hey, I'm Roxanne Gillon

I'm a biology-trained certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor.

I work with clients across Europe who want to push their limits and protect their health - with balanced, science-based training and nutrition.

My favourite things in life are probably chocolate, comedy shows, black leather boots, old libraries, and pancakes in good company.

I’ve always been drawn to health and movement. Over the years, I’ve trained in everything from powerlifting and yoga to callisthenics, dance, jiu-jitsu, and more.

Today, my routine is a mix of strength, callisthenics, mobility, running, inversions and whatever joyful movement I can fit in — hiking, bouldering, scuba diving, dancing…

But my relationship with fitness hasn’t always been healthy.

I’ve gone through obsessive phases where training took over my life — and long periods of disordered eating, from anorexia and orthorexia to bingeing. Healing from that took time and the right tools — and that process shaped the way I coach today.

After years of studying health science, physiology and nutrition, I became a certified personal trainer to offer full support to my clients. My mission now is to help people move away from extremes and find a sustainable way to feel strong, nourished and confident in their bodies.

You don’t need to track everything or follow strict plans.

You need an approach that works with your body and your life — not against them. That’s what I’m here to help with.
